It can be accessed from the main AdvanceFirst website and was designed primarily for message tracking and auditing purposes by users of AdvanceFirst’s Managed EDI services.
Its primary purpose is to provide information about the files and documents exchanged with external trading partners and processed by AdvanceFirst to answer common questions such as “Has a particular Customer order been sent?”, “If so, when?”, “When was it downloaded by my trading partner?”, “Has the receipt of the order been received?”. It also provides a very useful intelligent document storage and retrieval service (with advanced search capabilities) for those clients who require it.
